Key Responsibilities
- Perform general housekeeping tasks, including cleaning, organizing, and maintaining the interior of homes.
- Provide yard maintenance services, such as mowing lawns, trimming hedges, raking leaves, and planting flowers.
- Handle seasonal outdoor tasks, including snow removal, gutter cleaning, and garden preparation.
- Use and maintain tools and equipment effectively and safely.
- Follow client instructions and specific requirements for customized house and yard services.
- Ensure timely completion of tasks while maintaining a high-quality standard.
- Communicate professionally with clients to understand and meet their needs.
- Identify and report any repair or maintenance needs for both house interiors and exteriors.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in housekeeping, yard work, or general maintenance is preferred but not required.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and working outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable transportation to travel within the Boston North Shore area.
