Job Description

We are looking for a friendly and professional Answering and Chat Agent to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing timely and effective responses via phone, email, and chat. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat platforms.
  • Provide accurate and detailed information about products, services, and company policies.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Document customer interactions and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.
  • Ensure prompt follow-up with customers to ensure satisfaction and issue resolution.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response time, customer satisfaction, and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with other team members to improve customer service processes.
  • Stay updated on company products, services, and promotions.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in customer service, call center, or chat support roles.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally.
  • Proficient in using customer service software and tools.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a remote work setting.
  • Reliable internet connection and suitable equipment for remote communication.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with CRM platforms such as Zendesk, Freshdesk, or Salesforce.
  • Familiarity with live chat platforms and automated chatbots.
  • Multilingual abilities are a plus.
  • Knowledge of e-commerce or IT services is advantageous.
